The recent VMA Conference organized in Rome marked the Association’s 30th Anniversary and continued its focus on Customer Experience, User Experience, Messaging and Value added services. We were happy to be a part of the conference and discussed the prospects that cloud-based voicemail service like InstaVoice can generate for telecom carriers. InstaVoice was also recognized as a star product in a case study presented at the venue by Tigo Ghana’s Product Head.
